I like the way ya've kept the colouring gothicy. The shades of red and purple go well together.

I also the the attention you've paid to the shading, it's easy to overlook. Underneith the arms and amost the folds in the skirt are (what I think) the strongest points of this image.

The effects are well done too, loving how the colouring in the eyes blend together, and the lack of pupils keeps her mysterious.
I think the wings are one of my favourite parts of it, such a nice feathery effect.

Speaking as a judge, I'd say the hair is this weakest part (still good though). The lineart looks a little blobby ~that was my bad? and highlights may have made it more realistic.
